LPN – WELLNESS CLINIC COORDINATOR

General Summary – The primary role of the Wellness Coordinator is to provide leadership, organization, and direction for the Residential Clinic team, as well as supports the Mental Health Clinic, to ensure excellent service and required documentation. The coordinator works to develop and implement programs to support physical health and quality care, in compliance with Morningstar policies, as well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern residential care and counseling services.
